Did you know? Just because a cut of beef in the
meat counter at your local supermarket has a sticker on it that
says USDA inspected or USDA choice, does not
guarantee that the beef was born and raised in the USA.
If foreign beef is further processed or repackaged after importation
into the United States, it can carry a USDA mark of inspection.
This is why I believe it's so important that my beef is born
and raised in the USA. Each package carries a lot number that
can be traced back to ranch of origin.
“I strongly believe the consumers in this great country
would like to know where their beef comes from and I want to offer
them a choice.” The Beefman.
